Isolation of speech area
Von Goldstein (1917, 1948) vorgeschlagener Begriff für den Fall, daß das Broca Zentrum und das Wernicke Zentrum sowie die Verbindung der beiden Zentren durch große Läsionen im fronto-temporo-parietalen Bereich getrennt sind von dem posterioren sog. “ideational field” . Das entspricht weitestgehend dem Symptomkomplex der transkortikalen Aphasien. In der neueren Literatur wird der Begriff wiederholt verwendet.
